Moschip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Quarterly Un-Audited results of the Company for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008 will not be published, in view of Company’s decision to publish the audited financial results for the Financial Year 2007-08, on or before June 30, 2008.
