Moving Picture Company India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2008, inter alia, has decided the following:

- To submit a resolution for seeking approval of members for rectification of the earlier preferential issue of 15,00,000 and 1,00,000 Equity Shares, through the process of Postal Ballot u/s 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001.
