Mudit Finlease Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intend to publish Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2008 and the Board Meeting of the Company for adoption of the above will be held before June 30, 2008. Hence the Un-audited Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2008 will not be published in April, 2008.
