Mysore Cements Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant by an order made on the June 26, 2008, the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore, has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the the Company to be held on August 06, 2008, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Indorama Cement Ltd and HeidelbergCement India Pvt Ltd into and with the Company.
