Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2008 has called Extraordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2008 for obtaining fresh shareholders approval of the Special Resolution for preferential issue of 20,00,000 equity shares and 20,00,000 share warrants, passed by the members of the Company in their meeting held on March 31, 2006.
