National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 10, 2008, inter alia, has recommended final Dividend @ 15% to be paid to the eligible shareholders, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting. Further, the Company has inform that Interim Dividend @ 45% have already been paid making a total of 60% Dividend for 2007-08.

The 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held during August / September, 2008.
