National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 10, 2008, inter alia, for approval of Accounts for the year 2007-2008. The rate of Dividend, if recommended by the Board.
The 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held during August/September, 2008. The exact date will be intimated in due Course.
