Nectar Lifesciences Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2008, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Saurabh Goyal on the Board as an Executive Director for a period of Five Years w.e.f. June 20, 2008, subject to the approval of shareholders in their General Meeting.

Further, Mrs. Raman Goyal has resigned from directorship of the Company w.e.f. June 20, 2008 and consequently also ceased to be Wholetime Director of the Company. The Board, while taking note of the resignation, placed on record its sincere gratitude for the services rendered by Mrs. Raman Goyal as Director as well as Wholetime Director.
