Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 17, 2008, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 8.50 (Rupees eight and paise fifty only) per equity share for the year 2008.

Further as already conveyed the Book Closure from April 25, 2008 to May 02, 2008 would also determine the shareholders entitled for the payment of the Interim Dividend 2008 & the Final Dividend for 2007 of Rs 2.50 (Rupees two and paise fifty only) per equity share.
