Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend for 2007 of Rs 2.50 per equity share, for approval of the shareholders.

Further the Company has informed that, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 25, 2008 to May 02, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend & 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on May 02, 2008.
