Nettlinx Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2008, inter alia, has approved acquisition of 100% Capital of M/s. Anchor Systems Pty Ltd, Sydney, Australia, a Company engaged in the business of Web Hosting and have authorized the following Directors of the Company to negotiate and close the transaction with M/s. Anchor Systems Pty Ltd and its Shareholders.

1. VIJAY BHASKER REDDY - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
2. DR. MANOHAR LOKA REDDY - DIRECTOR

By acquiring this Company i.e. M/s. Anchor Systems Pty Ltd will become wholly own subsidiary Company of M/s. Nettlinx Ltd.
