Nissan Copper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 18, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following Business:
1. To consider and adopt the Annual Accounts of the Company for the F.Y. ended March 31, 2008.
2. To Finalise the expansion and modernization of Silvassa Plant for making Inner groove Copper Tubes and LWC Coils.
