Nucleus Netsoft & GIS India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2008 had sought the consent the Shareholders for transfer of ITeS business of the Company to the wholly-owned subsidiary - Nucleus GIS And ITES Ltd pursuant to section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 by way of postal ballot.
The postal ballot forms were received up to the close of working hours on June 07, 2008.
