Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve audited results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2008.
The Board would also consider recommendation of Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008 in the above stated Board Meeting.
