Nuway Organic Naturals India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 14, 2008, inter alia, has considered the following:

1. Approved Voluntary delisting of Company’s securities from Ahmedabad and Jaipur Stock Exchange subject to approval of shareholders.

2. Re-appointed Shri. Manminder Singh Narang as Managing Director of the Company subject to approval of shareholders.

3. Convening of Extra Ordinary General Meeting for the above said purposes on May 12, 2008.
