1. To consider and approved the Audited Accounts and Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To consider recommendation of Dividend.

3. To fix the Date, time and venue for the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

4. To fix the record date / book closure dates to ascertain the members of the Company to attend the Annual General Meeting and dividend.

5. To discuss the issue of non approval of proposed amalgamation by M/s. Alchemy Ventures Pvt Ltd.
