OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Subject to the approval of shareholders / members at the AGM, the Board of Directors has recommended 20% dividend as final dividend.
2. Regarding the issue of non approval of proposed amalgamation by M/s. Alchemy Ventures Pvt Ltd., the matter has not been discussed.
