Ontrack Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2008, inter alia, to consider and allot 4,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each @ Rs 56.25 on preferential basis other than cash to other than promoters i.e. Mr. Ganesh Natarajan - 1,10,540 shares and Mr. Ramdevan V Krishnaswamy - 3,39,460 shares in terms of approval of members in 19th AGM and EGM on February 26, 2008.
