Oswal Yarns Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will not publish the un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
The Company will exercise the option of publishing the audited annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008 within 3 (three) months from the end of the financial ended March 31, 2008 (i.e. by June 30, 2008).
