With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 10, 2008 regarding EGM on Jul 03, 2008, PFL Infotech Ltd has now informed BSE that, by oversight the Company had informed that Sri. P Amresh Kumar is being issued and allotted 3,00,000 Equity Shares and 10,00,000 Convertible Warrants, whereas it is 3,00,000 Equity Shares and 11,50,000 Convertible Warrants.
