With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 20, 2007 regarding Phoenix Lamps Ltd has entered into Distribution and Dual Brand Agreement with Eveready Industries India Ltd for its range of General Lighting Lamps, Phoenix Lamps Ltd has now informed BSE that Phoenix Lamps Ltd (PLL) and Eveready Industries India Ltd (EIIL) have mutually agreed to terminate the Distribution and Dual Brand agreement of April 20, 2007.

Both PLL and EIIL have decided to use their own powerful brands, individually, and therefore market and distribute ‘HALONIX’ and ‘EVEREADY’ separately.
