Prithvi Information Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. The Board has approved proposal for entering into Joint Venture with Saudi Delta Contracting (SDC), Dubai for participating in the growing telecom market in Dubai.

2. Regarding the audited accounts FY 2007-08, Board approved, Audit Committee’s recommendations for deferring the accounts to incorporate effect of interpretations of new accounting standards. The Board adjourned this item for consideration to the meeting to be held on July 09, 2008.
