1. Mr. V Natarajan, Chairman of the Company has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company.
2. At the Board Meeting held on April 21, 2008:
(a) the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. V Natarajan.
(b) Mr. P S Saminathan, Promoter Managing Director has been elevated to be the Chairman-cum-Managing Director with immediate effect.
