Rain Commodities Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has incorporated the following companies as its wholly owned subsidiaries:
1. Rain Calciner Ltd, India is incorporated on April 23, 2008. It will be engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) and Cogeneration and supply of Power; and
2. Rain Global Services LLC, USA is incorporated on April 20, 2008. It will be engaged in the business of trading and sale of Green Petroleum Coke (GPC) and Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC).
