Raj Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial Year ended March 31, 2008, consider and take on record the quarterly unaudited financial result for the first quarter ended June 30, 2008, to recommend the dividend for the approval of shareholders and fix the closure of the share transfer books for the purpose of Annual General meeting and payment of dividend if any.
