Rei Agro Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, has :
1. Recommended a dividend @ 15% on the Equity Shares and @ 4% on Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference for the year ended March 31, 2008.
2. Reappointed Sh. Sandip Jhunjhunwalal as the Managing Director of the Company.
