Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that the Mr. M Yoshino Director of Company has resigned from the position of a Director. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 27, 2008 has accepted the resignation of Mr. M Yoshino.

Also the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. R K Pandey as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.

Further Mr. R K Pandey has disclosed that he holds NIL shares in Ricoh India Ltd.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company’s reporting has been aligned with Ricoh Asia Pacific Region. This association with Ricoh Asia Pacific Region will help the Company to maximize its operational efficiency and also provide an opportunity to the Company to share information and best practices from other Ricoh’s Asia Pacific Companies.
