Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has acquired 50% stake in Cosmos Premises Pvt Ltd having its office at B 124, Vardhaman Complex, Fitwel Compound Vikhroli West Mumbai-83.
Cosmos Premises Pvt Ltd is owner of the property i.e. the Galaxy Resorts having 65 No. of Rooms-Beach Resorts, situated in village Utorda in the State of Goa.
