With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 21, 2008 regarding notice published in the newspaper on May 21, 2008 inviting tender bids for the sale of portion of the Land situated at Pokhran Road no. 2, Thane pursuant to the BIFR order dated April 08, 2008, RPG Cables Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the appeal filed against the aforesaid order, the Hon’ble Appellate Authority for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR) has fixed the final hearing on June 27, 2008 for disposal of appeal. Accordingly, the tender process for sale of aforesaid property has been provisionally delayed.
