Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 24, 2008, to discuss the conversion of preferential warrants in to equity shares and other general issued for the current financial year.

It has further been decided that the Company will publish the audited results for the year ended as on March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008 as such, the unaudited financial results for the last quarter not to be published.
