1. To consider and approve Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To consider the proposal of recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the year 2007-2008.

3. To fix the date of Annual book-closure for the year 2007-08.

4. To fix the date, venue and time for the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company for
the year ended 2007 - 2008.

5. To approve the notice calling 23rd AGM and Agenda thereof.
