With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 26, 2008, Salzer Electronics Ltd has now informed BSE that an additional business relating to merger of M/s. Salzer Cables Ltd with Salzer Electronics Ltd will also be considered by the Board at their scheduled meeting on June 11, 2008. Accordingly the agenda of the meeting will include the following
“To consider the proposal of merger of Salzer Cables Ltd with Salzer Electronics Ltd.”
