With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled “Market sees 1:1 bonus from Sanwaria Agro”, Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has clarified to BSE that no resolution / any issue regarding the issue of bonus came up or pending in front of Company’s board as reported in the News article which seems to be a rumor and a market expectation only. Perhaps market is expecting better return from the Company looking to the better reserves position or looking to the other Companies of the sector.

The Company confirm that there is no such type of issue is pending before the board or under consideration till date.
