SB&T International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated April 15, 2008 has approved the allotment of 5,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at Rs 40/- (Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 30/- each) to the following allottees on preferential allotment basis, based on the exchange ratio of 10 Equity shares of the Company for every 1 Equity Share (of Rupees 10/- each) held by them in Mimansa Jewellery Pvt Ltd.

1. Vanisha Jagwani
- No. of Equity Shares held in Mimansa Jewellery Pvt Ltd : 46,000
- No of Equity Shares allotted : 4,60,000

2. Nikita Patel
- No. of Equity Shares held in Mimansa Jewellery Pvt Ltd : 4,000
- No of Equity Shares allotted : 40,000.
