Scenario Media Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 02, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Reclassification of Authorised Share Capital and Paid up Share Capital of the Company.
2. Approving the Calendar of events for reclassification of Authorised Capital and Paid up Share Capital of the Company.
3. Appointing Scrutinizer for the postal ballot and
4. Approving draft postal ballot notice.
