Scenario Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Statutory Auditor of the Company, M/s. Ambavat Jain & Associates has resigned and the Board took note of the same at its meeting dated June 21, 2008. The Extra Ordinary General Meeting for approving the appointment of the M/s. Shah & Taparia as Statutory Auditor of the Company pursuant to the casual vacancy caused due to the aforesaid resignation is scheduled to be held on July 22, 2008.
