Schablona India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2008, inter alia, has recommend payment of dividend @ 12.50% i.e. Rs 0.50 (Fifty Paise only) on per Equity Share of Rs 4/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2008, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
