Seasons Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish the Audited Results in respect of financial year ending March, 2008 within a period of three months from the closure of the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
Accordingly, the Company will not be publishing the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
