SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 25, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve, raising of funds for the Company by way of External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs) including by way of issue of equity / foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) / foreign currency exchangeable bonds (FCEB), depository receipts (GDRs/ADRs) or any instrument or securities representing convertible securities such as convertible debentures, bonds or warrants convertible into depository receipts / equity shares etc. or in any other manner as may be approved by the Board.
