Sellaids Publications India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2008 to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2008.
The Board will also consider giving final notice to the partly paid up Equity Shares of
Rs 10/- each asking them to pay the call money.
