Shipping Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2008, inter alia, has resolved to pay the Shareholders an Interim Dividend of Rs 4.5 per share i.e. 45% on the equity capital for the year ended on March 31, 2008.
