Shree Narmada Aluminium Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2008, to consider the following business:

1. To take note of the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat on May 16, 2008 and received by the Company on June 05, 2008 sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Compromise under section 391 - 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 submitted on February 2006.

2. To take necessary action for implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Compromise in respect of issue and allotment of Equity Shares in pursuance of the Scheme.

3. Fixation of Record Date for the purpose of Corporate Action under the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Compromise.
