Shyam Software Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Court Convened Meeting of the Company held on March 15, 2008, in pursuant to the Order of the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad have approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Amalgamation of Majesty Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd with the Company & Reconstruction of Capital of the Company by way of a Special Resolution. The necessary steps are being taken to file petition with the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in due course of time.
