Simplex Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to take up for consideration the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 and to publish the same on or before June 30, 2008.

Hence, the Company will not take up for consideration and accordingly will not publish the quarterly un-audited results of the Company for the 4th quarter ended March 31, 2008 in the month of April, 2008.
