Siris Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 29, 2008, inter alia, to issue and allot 210,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the promoters and their associate Companies as per the sanctioned Scheme of the Hon’ble BIFR dated January 11, 2008.
