South Asian Petrochem Ltd has informed BSE that in lieu of Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter of the financial year 2007-08, the Company shall be publishing Audited Financial Results as of March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008 i.e. three months from the end of the quarter.
