South Asian Petrochem Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:
“As indicated in note no. 9 of the statement, provision for deferred taxation has not been ascertained and accounted for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2007.”
