Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company through its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Spanco BPO Ventures Ltd. has entered into a Joint Venture (JV) with MRS INC, USA to form a JV Company namely MRS BPO LLC, New Jersey.
MRS BPO LLC will operate International BPO and Call centre business and other related activities.
