Spice Mobiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 07, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year (9 Months) ended on December 31, 2007.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting would also consider the recommendation of Dividend.
