Standard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has executed Deed of Assignment with Loma IT Park Developers Pvt Ltd, a Project Company of CapitaLand Commercial Ltd,
Singapore, in respect of 30 acres of Company’s plot of land at village Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai and has received consideration of Rs 230 Crores for the same.
